To pay the ECIP LAB annual subscription fee by check, wire transfer or ACH, please fill in the following form to generate an invoice and make payment via your chosen option. A 3% processing fee will be added to the annual subscription fee. You can choose to pay by credit card via this process instead of directly on ECIP LAB, and the processing fee will apply.
