2027 Leadership Circle

The ECIP Leadership Circle recognizes produce suppliers who demonstrate exceptional commitment to strengthening labor practices and advancing the principles of the Ethical Charter on Responsible Labor Practices. These industry leaders are credibly engaged in ECIP LAB by actively supporting their growers, assessing workplace conditions and ensuring continuous improvement at their operations. Their dedication supports a more ethical, transparent and sustainable produce supply chain, one where responsible labor practices are foundational to doing business.

To qualify for the 2027 Leadership Circle, suppliers must earn all four green stars on their engagement profile. The Supplier Gold Star is not required for Leadership Circle recognition during this Engagement Cycle, but it is a critically important signal of responsible recruitment practices to buyers. Suppliers will be notified of their Leadership Circle status on Oct. 5, 2026, and on a monthly rolling basis afterward.

2027 Leadership Circle members can access logos, brand guides and usage guidelines for branding and promotional activities. Representatives of companies in the Leadership Circle can contact support@efilab.org for access.
