Engagement 2.0 Explained: Commodities, Location, Certification & More

With the release of Engagement 2.0, the 54 management assessment questions aligned with the Ethical Charter on Responsible Labor Practices remain unchanged. However, several new questions have been added to Grower LAB, along with user experience updates based on user feedback and behavior.

Growing Locations

Question 63 of 65 allows growers to mark their primary growing locations on a world map. Users can drop as many pins as needed, offering the flexibility to be as broad or detailed as they like. Click a pin to remove it.

Commodities

Question 64 of 65 allows growers to select multiple commodities or combinations of commodities, as long as it represent more than 90% of what they grow.

Read-Only View of Past Performance

Within the company page, growers can view a read-only snapshot of past performance, including engagement scores, certification status, assessment completion and full responses from previous campaigns.

It’s important that growers understand what’s required to earn each engagement star. On the platform, the best way to learn how to build and improve your score is by navigating to the Benchmark page and clicking “Learn how to build your score…” in the Engagement Profile section.
