How to Build Your Engagement Score
The best way to learn how to build your grower score is by navigating to the Benchmark in Grower LAB and clicking “Learn how to build your score” in the Engagement Profile section. This will guide you through the specific actions needed to progress.
Once on the page, you’ll find an overview of what’s required to earn each engagement star. You can complete many of the actions, such as clicking links, checking boxes and submitting acknowledgements, directly from this page to work toward your next star.
