Grower Resources

These resources are designed to support growers who are new to ECIP LAB. Our ECIP 101 webinars cover foundational concepts, along with timely updates such as engagement cycle information, retailer requirements, Leadership Circle criteria and more.

We have also developed an Introduction to Grower LAB presentation, which can be used as a self-guided resource or by suppliers presenting to their grower networks. It covers why to join ECIP, how to engage with the Learn, Assess, Benchmark channel, and other ECIP basics.

The Grower One-Pager provides a deeper dive, offering additional context for growers who want a more thorough understanding of Grower LAB, including ECIP’s history, data use, and overall approach.
