How FLCs Earn Engagement Stars

FLCs earn Engagement Stars by actively working with tools and resources within FLC LAB to strengthen and improve their labor management systems. All responses are confidential, are not shared with customers and are not used for punishment or reward.

Getting Started:

  • FLCs create an account, invite team members, and begin evaluating their management systems across more than 50 labor-related work areas.
  • The FLC’s Engagement Profile will increase as assessments are completed, action plans are developed and educational resources are used over time.

Recruitment Star

This star is earned by answering a short set of questions about recruitment practices, including whether the FLC uses or plans to use resources such as the Stronger Together Responsible Recruitment Toolkit, Verité’s Recruitment Cost Calculator, and/or recruitment agencies. FLCs must list any recruitment agencies that provide some or all of their workforce in order to qualify.
