In response to user feedback and to improve the ECIP LAB experience, the filter feature on the Buyer Dashboard has been updated. Buyers can now distinguish between suppliers with a lapsed Supplier LAB subscription and those that have never had a subscription.
Both types will appear grayed out in the supplier view, with either the message “This supplier has a lapsed subscription” or “This supplier does not have a subscription.”
