Stronger Together is an impact-driven, not-for-profit organization providing businesses with practical training, resources, business services, and programs to help create a world where all workers are recruited responsibly and have fair work free from exploitation.

In the U.S., our multi-stakeholder collaborative program seeks to motivate the fresh produce sector to recognize and reward responsible recruitment, thereby boosting the supply of ethically sourced labor and reducing risks for workers and businesses across the labor supply chain. In Mexico, Stronger Together is working in the agricultural sector to support businesses to embed responsible recruitment and international employment standards in their operations and supply chains via capacity building training, tools, and business services. Globally, we work across three continents and within multiple sectors in countries such as South Africa, Spain, Italy, the UK, and Costa Rica.

Responsible Recruitment and Fair Labor Workshop for Mexican agricultural businesses	Stronger Together offers a comprehensive 1-day face-to-face workshop aimed at enhancing awareness of ethical recruitment and the benefits of fair working conditions within the agricultural sector in Mexico. Through this workshop, participants are guided towards adopting international labor practices, with a specific focus on ethical recruitment and fair working conditions.
