From more accessible data visualizations and collapsible sections for easier navigation to a more intuitive platform experience, Engagement 3.0 delivers a simpler, more effective way for users to engage while advancing the next phase of social responsibility across the fresh produce and floral supply chain.
Grower & Supplier User Experience Updates
Enhanced Assessment User Interface & Pie Chart Readability: In the Assess Channel, answering a question automatically advances the user to the next item. On the Benchmark page, the assessment response pie chart now includes clearer percentage breakdowns and response counts per category.
Floating Engagement Profile Icon: The Engagement Profile icon now remains visible (floating) in the top-right corner across every page, allowing suppliers to quickly access the Engagement 3.0 dashboard from anywhere in the platform.
Expandable Engagement Sections: Star requirement sections can be expanded or collapsed to streamline user navigation.
Document Upload Requirements: To earn the Learning Channel Star, suppliers and growers must download, complete and upload a Continuous Improvement Action Plan Template after agreeing to the privacy policy. To earn the new Ethical Recruitment Star, growers must either invite/select engaged Farm Labor Contractors or, if they do not use FLCs, submit approved documentation such as an Employer Pays Principle Continuous Improvement Action Plan.
