On Oct. 15, 2026, nearly 200 suppliers, retailers and industry stakeholders gathered during the International Fresh Produce Association’s Global Produce & Floral Show to celebrate 51 companies in the 2027 Ethical Charter Implementation Program Leadership Circle. Representatives from Costco Wholesale, Kroger, Walmart and Sam’s Club shared why the program matters to their businesses and recognized suppliers for the work that earned them a place in the 2027 Leadership Circle. Earning that place was a substantial undertaking, requiring all four green stars in a supplier’s engagement profile.
