With those major dates and deadlines behind us, it’s time to start thinking about what’s next in ECIP LAB.

- Suppliers need to work with growers to earn the ethical recruitment star. This star directly affects the supplier’s ability to earn the supplier gold star. Growers who hold an approved program still need to earn the ethical recruitment star for their supplier to earn the gold star.
- Spring is a busy renewal season for growers, so now is the time for suppliers to check in on the supply chain scope star and verify grower count. Make sure the growers attached to your ECIP LAB profile are ones you’re currently working with, so they receive the right renewal information and notices.
