STEP 1
Buyer invites supplier to ECIP

STEP 2
Suppliers invite growers (including their owned operations) into ECIP LAB

STEP 3
Growers access guidance and resources to support a self-assessment of their labor management systems and to guide their capacity-building. Efforts to understand and align with the Ethical Charter through ECIP LAB are measured and communicated through an engagement profile.

Growers can also access the ECIP Marketplace, which features resources from expert consultants and service providers to help address issues identified in ECIP LAB.

STEP 4
Suppliers can view the engagement profile of their invited growers and reward and support the most engaged. Suppliers also perform their own self-assessment in ECIP LAB and confirm their endorsement of the Ethical Charter on Responsible Labor Practices
