When FLC LAB launches on April 1, it will introduce a new feature designed to turn reflection into real progress: The Continuous Improvement Action Plan template.
Assessment is an important starting point. But meaningful improvement happens when teams move from identifying a challenge to owning a clear, practical path forward, and the Action Plan template was built for exactly that purpose.
Designed with an Appreciative Inquiry approach, the template encourages companies to build on existing strengths while setting clear next steps. Teams are guided to:
Clarify the management system they want to improve
Identify what is already working
Define concrete action steps with ownership and timelines
Establish how progress will be tracked and sustained
Building a Habit of Continuous Improvement
By integrating an Action Plan directly into FLC LAB, ECIP is supporting FLCs in building the internal habits that sustain progress over time. The template also provides documentation of that commitment, reinforcing credibility within the platform.
With the April 1 launch of FLC LAB, FLCs will have a practical tool to translate insight into accountable action, strengthening management systems in a way that is intentional, measurable and credible.
