LAB HUB: Supplier & Grower Renewal Process

Subscriptions for both growers and suppliers renew annually and expire one year after the initial payment date, regardless of certification cycles, Engagement Cycles or approved field-level audit program dates.

Initial renewal notifications are sent 45–60 days prior to expiration. Both growers and suppliers can renew their subscriptions by credit card or by requesting an invoice

If a subscription lapses, it will be visible on both supplier and buyer dashboards, which may negatively impact how engagement is perceived across the supply chain.

Follow the steps below to keep your subscription current.

Step 1

Log into your ECIP LAB profile, click the “person” icon and select Company.

Step 2

Here you can view your subscription status and renewal date. Click on Manage to update your credit card information.

Step 3

Click update payment information to add different credit card information.

Lapsed Subscriptions

If your subscription has lapsed, your login page will look like one of the two below. As both a supplier or grower you will have the option to resubscribe via credit card or request an invoice. 
A grower with a lapsed subscription must add credit card information or request a new invoice to resubscribe
A supplier with a lapsed subscription must reselect their revenue band and either pay by credit card or request a new invoice to reactivate their subscription
