Subscriptions for both growers and suppliers renew annually and expire one year after the initial payment date, regardless of certification cycles, Engagement Cycles or approved field-level audit program dates.
Initial renewal notifications are sent 45–60 days prior to expiration. Both growers and suppliers can renew their subscriptions by credit card or by requesting an invoice.
If a subscription lapses, it will be visible on both supplier and buyer dashboards, which may negatively impact how engagement is perceived across the supply chain.
Follow the steps below to keep your subscription current.
Step 1
Log into your ECIP LAB profile, click the “person” icon and select Company.
Step 2
Here you can view your subscription status and renewal date. Click on Manage to update your credit card information.
